We ship across Romania and wider Europe. At this moment, we do not ship outside of Europe. Our logistics, including warehousing and shipping the products, are handled by Alloga.

NATIONAL DELIVERY

Delivery Cost:

  • Free delivery on orders above 99.9 RON (21.53 €)
  • For orders under 99.9 RON, the delivery fee is 19.9 RON (4.29 €)

Delivery Terms:

  • 48h for Bucharest and Ilfov County
  • 96h for The Rest of the Country

However, delivery times are subject to modifications in the event of unforeseeable circumstances (inclement weather, flooding, snowfall, road blockages, etc.) or other courier updates.

Shipping happens once the order is reviewed and confirmed by Swiss Longevity Laboratories, then prepared and handed over to the courier by Alloga. At this point, when the courier has your parcel, you will receive a confirmation text message.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently ship within the European continent only, except the following Countries:

  • Russia
  • Switzerland
  • Luxembourg“

DHL Express Courier handles all international delivery.

*Delivery costs shown are valid ONLY if parcels weigh a maximum of 2 kg.

For packages exceeding 2kg in weight, a VeSmart operator will contact you by telephone or email to communicate the final delivery fee. You will then receive an email with payment details to settle any outstanding charges.

If the price difference is not paid, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the full amount of the original order.

The international Order procedure, once you have selected your chosen products, is the following:

  1. Navigate to check out
  2. Fill out the full name and address of the recipient
  3. Specify the country for delivery from the drop-down menu
  4. The delivery cost* for the selected country will appear immediately

For European delivery: We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments only.

It is vital you provide a complete and correct address, as well as a contact phone number. If you place an order for someone else to receive, please provide the recipient’s direct phone number within the “Order Notices” field.

SHIPPING UPDATES WHEN SHIPPING WITHIN ROMANIA

For shipment updates within Romania, check your email.

After placing an order, you will get an email that lets you know we received your order.

We will check your order, pass it to Alloga and send you an email to let you know your order is confirmed and will be prepared by Alloga for shipping. Once you receive this email, your package will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

When the courier picks up your parcel, you will receive a text message with the number and date of the AWB.

From this point on, Cargus can provide specific details via 0219330 (Bucharest) and 0219282 (other) – quoting the reference number and date of the AWB you received.

Once you receive the AWB, you can no longer cancel your order as the package is with Cargus.

All legal documents (invoice) are included with your order; please check your package on arrival and notify VeSmart in writing in the absence of any documentation.

Cargus must prepare a receipt with any charges due (as per the amount shown on the invoice) for orders with the status “Payment on Delivery.”

If you do not receive a receipt, request this from your delivery courier.

When receiving the parcel, please check the integrity of the packaging. If the parcel shows signs of damage; is dirty, broken, cut, unsealed, or wet; refuse to accept it.

The courier must then complete a report in any such event. Please inform us by phone as soon as possible, and we will resolve the situation.

REDIRECTING A PACKAGE WITHIN ROMANIA

For deliveries within Romania, once you’ve placed your order and the courier receives the parcel, you still have the option to update your delivery address.

If you change your delivery address, an additional charge of 9.9 RON is due regardless of whether the new address is in the same city as the original address.

The additional fee will be paid in full by the recipient on delivery.

For International Deliveries, this option is not available yet.
